These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchase contracts concluded through oliononnotullio.it between the Seller and Consumers, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
1. Seller

2. Subject
The website enables the online purchase of extra virgin olive oil and related products. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied will be the one shown at the time of order confirmation.
3. Order Process and Contract Formation
- The user selects products and proceeds to checkout by entering shipping and payment details.
- The order is considered submitted by the user at the moment the purchase form is sent.
- The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an order confirmation email.
- The Seller reserves the right to decline an order in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, providing timely notice and a full refund.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card). No payment data is stored on our servers. Payment is taken at the time of the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipments are made across Italy via tracked courier.
- Delivery times stated are estimates and not guaranteed; exceptional events or public holidays may cause delays.
- Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the consumer upon physical delivery.
- In case of failed delivery due to the recipient, any re-delivery costs are borne by the buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Directive 2011/83/EU)
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply notify us via the Contact page within the deadline.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer unless otherwise agreed.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate rapidly.
7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity as provided by EU Directive 1999/44/EC and national law. In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. The Seller's liability is in any case limited to the value of the order.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, the consumer may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For unresolved disputes, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction.
10. Governing Law
The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers resident in other EU Member States, the mandatory provisions of their country of residence apply.
